So tonight I met my BIL and SIL for dinner. It was fun. I haven't seen them in a long time. She is a special education teacher and I was able to ask her questions about my nephew, who isn't talking yet, and is 2 and a half. She gave us some good insight. I hope that his parents listen and then do something.

I heard about this company called GreenRoad. They have this technology that can help drivers reduce accident rates and lower costs. The technology has shown to reduce accidents by 54% and decreased fuel costs by 7%. There's lots of applications for technology such as this. Think about if you own a fleet business - you'd definitely want safe drivers. And what about teenage drivers? This is a useful tool to show them where they need to improve their driving skills.

So if you know me, you know I LOVE Free Coupons! I'm always looking for a deal or a way to save money. So when I found out about this site, I was a little skeptical. I didn't know if it would be easy to use or if the coupons would actually be useful - but they are! The site is updated daily and its organized so that you just click on the store you want the coupon for and it take you to all the coupons for the specific store!

ROCKtober

So how about those Rockies, eh? I am so excited! I think they really can do it! I just wish we had tickets to one of the games!

In other news, well, there's not much going on. Still without my laptop, which makes me sad. I've been beyond busy with work and family visiting, I'm looking forward to there only being two people in my house again!

Electronic Mortgage

So who out there cares about the environment? I know I do! I like to recycle and conserve whenver possible. So the idea of an electronic mortgage really appeals to me. When we closed on our house, we had to sign piles and piles of paper! I don't even want to think about all those poor trees that had to be cut down :( But, with an electronic closing, you can eliminate most of the paperwork! Think about how good you'd feel knowing you did your part to help the environment!

My laptop is broken :( I'm going through withdrawal. I loved that machine. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Good news is I invested in an external hard drive and had just backed everything up. I really love the external hard drive, too. Its really come in handy!
